Taylor's newest adventure...

Yes, Taylor has finally learned to spin the basketball...

We are so proud of Tay...She decided two days before try-outs and she is doing great. Everyday when I pick her up she is exhausted but she has a great attitude and is proud to be part of a team. Keep up the good job Tay...everyone is rooting for you!!! If you want game times let us know!

Now you see Kennedy in training...Hair bow and all!!! She'll be Taylor's cheerleader!

Can you say...Crazy...Insane?!?

Today our little one turned 6. I can hardly believe it! It seems like just days ago she was so dependent on us and now...Miss Independent is clearly here!
Her teacher dressed her up with a crown and candy lei. She was definitely the queen for the day. Who am I kidding...She's the queen everyday so her teenage siblings would say!

Now is where you might think I'm crazy...I might be...We had 20 kids running around including my teenagers and friends...They're just big kids too... We played games, broke a pinata, face/body painted---not by my decision...Once again I let the teenagers help with that one...

I'm trying to explain the balloon toss--of course they're not listening... They'll figure it out!

Kennedy loves Madagascar so I thought this cake would be great for her! My sister printed the screen on edible wafer paper and then we put it together. Wow!!! What a day! Dad's is in a couple of days...We'll try to keep him under control! That's clearly another story!!!

A Fun Wedding...

Kennedy was so excited to go to our friend's wedding at Sundance! She got to take a picture with them and hold the flowers!!! Congrats Lonz & Stacie!

Hiring...Quiting...All At The Same Time...

I know I'm a blonde...But, go figure, this seems contradictory. At least they could move the signs so they aren't so obvious!!! What do you think?!?

Fall Fun

It's that time of year again...The annual falling and falling and falling of the leaves. My kids DON'T look forward to this except for Kennedy. She loves to jump in the leaves. She convinced Bethany to join in the fun. What a good sport she is!

Halloween Highlights...

It's amazing what comes out on this night!

I loved seeing everyone dressed up! I'll be waiting for next year...Maybe Jared will join in the fun!?! Any others willing to take the challenge????

Let's Play Dress-up...

Okay...So it's Halloween and a few of us decided to join in the spirit of the costume scene. Of course, Kennedy picked her costume weeks ago but Halloween evening my teenagers and their friends all decided to come to our house and rummage through the costume bins for the perfect outfit! I'm sure you'll all be impressed with the creativity!!! I thought the pink hair was quite a new addition for myself! Jared was very skeptical of even being near me. Perhaps he thought he might grow some pink hair. It might be kinda cute!?!

Halloween Program

Check out the Cheerleader, Hannah Montana, the Indian and Spiderman...All friends showing off what they've learned at school. Way to go kids! You did a great job!

I love school programs...Everyone needs a time to shine!
